Kerron is known as a results-driven professional with more than 18 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management, Office Management and Government Contracting. As a subject matter expert in business process and quality improvement, she strives to enhance her clients' services. Proven leadership skills make her a trusted business advisor to executive leadership, customers, and stakeholders alike.
Prior to founding MSC, she has served as a Human Resources Manager and in various roles for several government contractors and subcontractors. Kerron received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Morgan State University.
